Hourly Wage: $16.00 - $19.00
Monday - Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Administrative Assistant duties include: answering phones * calling employees to sign up for trainings held at the office * calling references on potential new employees * filing * send out monthly MPR's and financial statements to Support Coordinators * maintain confidentiality with paperwork handled * and any other duties as assigned by Human Resources and the Area Director.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
18 years of age or older with a high school diploma or GED. Must be capable of communicating well in both verbal and written form. Demonstrate the ability to prioritize work and able to complete all assignments within the allotted time frames. Great public relations skills in working with a variety of outside professional and state employees. The Administrative Assistant is expected to work part-time office hours Monday-Friday. It is strongly preferred the Administrative Assistant to qualify to be a driver for the company but not required.

This entry-level position starts at a competitive wage of $16-19/hr , depending on experience.
