Full Stack Developer, SeniorThe Opportunity: As a full stack developer, you can build and enhance virtual and augmented reality immersive applications. We’re looking for an experienced developer like you with the skills needed to develop software from vision to production-ready. This role is more than just coding. As a full stack developer at Booz Allen, you’ll develop and maintain Unity-based applications supporting simulation and warfighter decision-support capabilities for complex infrastructure and operational environments. You'll integrate geospatial datasets into interactive 3D and immersive experiences that support planning and analysis workflows. You Have: 5+ years of experience in full-stack development using modern frameworks2+ years of experience with using Unity for simulationsExperience with Agile sprint planning, backlog refinement, peer code reviews, unit testing, and user‑focused design discussionsExperience in creating solutions to complex problems within a collaborative, cross-functional team Knowledge of object-oriented programmingKnowledge of UI/UX principles, interaction design, and integrating UI assets into prototype applicationsSecret clearanceBachelor's degreeNice If You Have: Experience acquiring client requirements and resolving workflow problems through automation optimization Experience working on immersive or extended reality applicationsKnowledge of real-time or low-latency application developmentPossession of strong analytical thinking skillsAbility to work with automated testing tools to perform testing and maintenance Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,900.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
