Landscape Designer

We are seeking a Landscape Designer in Boise, ID for one of our prominent clients. This role focuses on planning, designing, and delivering projects that shape communities, including parks, trails, streetscapes, residential developments, commercial sites, and public infrastructure projects. The position works closely with engineers, planners, surveyors, architects, and clients from concept through construction.

Landscape Designer Summary

• Salary: $80,000 - $85,000
• Full Benefits, Vacation, and Holiday
• Design parks, recreation facilities, public spaces, streetscapes, subdivisions, and commercial developments.
• Prepare site plans, grading plans, planting plans, renderings, and construction documents.
• Analyze site conditions including drainage, utilities, topography, environmental constraints, and zoning requirements.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering and planning teams.
• Support permitting, bidding, and construction administration activities.
• Manage multiple projects, schedules, budgets, and client expectations.
• Participate in client development and business growth initiatives.
• Conduct site visits and support construction phase activities

Landscape Designer Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Landscape Architecture or related field.
• Experience in landscape architecture, site planning, or land development design.
• Knowledge of zoning, land-use planning, and development regulations.
• Proficiency in REVIT and AutoCAD with the ability to produce coordinated construction documents.
• Experience preparing construction documents and design plans.
• Strong communication and project coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional Landscape Architect license preferred.
• Master's Degree preferred.
• Experience with commercial, public, residential, and transportation-related projects.
• Business development and client relationship experience.
• 3D visualization, rendering, and graphic design software experience.
• Site planning, sustainable design, and community planning expertise.
